SPECIAL NOTICE- This year's fall conference interferes with Rosh Hoshannah. GASP has been under a multi-year contract with the Savannah Riverfront Marriott, which did not allow us to reschedule the date. Moving forward, President-Elect Michael Maier and I will carefully review upcoming contract dates to avoid this situation again. We intend to avoid future conflicts with major religious holidays. Conference Refund Request- Any cancellation received by August 29th will receive a full refund*. Cancellations received between August 30th and September 15th, will get a refund* of 50% of amount paid. No refunds will be issued after September 15th, 2016. *All cancellations will be subject to a $20 processing fee.
Refund requests must be sent in writing via e-mail or regular mail to the conference registrar. If request is made by USPS mail, please allow sufficient time for mailing of your request to meet deadlines listed above.
