Refund requests must be sent in writing via e-mail or regular mail to the conference registrar. If request is made by USPS mail, please allow sufficient time for mailing of your request to meet deadlines listed above.
GASP is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as pandemics, weather conditions, campus conditions, prepaid parking, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations. Schedules and agenda may be subject to change. The final decision on refunds rests with the GASP President and Treasurer.
